So, I've been trying to work on motivating myself into doing work with more focus now that I'm nearing the end of the school year. I can't quite remember where the idea came from, but I have definitly heard talk about ritualizing work so that it becomes something that flows naturally, rather than something that you have to struggle to do. With that in mind, I am on the quest to determine the essential elements of a work ritual that works for me.
The Ritual of Work: Use this ritual to envoke a deep state of focus in which you can accomplish a small number of high focus tasks. Warning: this ritual is draining and should not be attempted when you are not adequatly prepared. If you feel your capacity is limited, please attempt another ritual prior to engaging with The Ritual of Work
